면담을 원하는 학부학생은 제 "Student Meetings" 캘린더에 "Office Hours"로 적혀있는 이벤트 시간을 확인한 후, 해당 이벤트의 제목이나 시간은 수정하지 말고, "Description"에 원하는 시간, 이름, 미팅내용을 적어주세요. "Add a comment" 기능을 사용하면 수정삭제가 안됩니다. "OH (LAB)"은 연구실의 석박사 학생들을 위한 시간입니다. 정해진 면담시간에 찾아올 수 없으면 제게 이멜을 보내주세요. "OH (LAB)"에도 가능한지 고려한 후 답을 드리겠습니다. 임의의 시간약속을 제 "Office Hours" 캘린더에 입력하면 고려하지 못함을 양해해주시기 바랍니다.
Zeroboard에 비해 사용이 다소 불편하고, "Professional Activities"에는 시작시간만 표시되서 언제까지 일정이 잡혀있는지 보기 힘들고 모두 "바쁨"이라고 표시되어 있어서 마치 누구도 만나기 싫은 사람의 일정표같다는 단점이 있지만 아직 베타이니까 불편하더라도 참아보려고 합니다.
대부분의 학생들이 불편함을 호소하고 있는 점 미안하게 생각합니다. 하지만 다시 Zeroboard로 옮기려면 시간이 많이 들어서 이번 학기는 힘들 것 같습니다. 방학 때 다른 방법이 있을지 살펴보겠습니다.

I use Outlook and have experienced the following inconveniences with zeroboard:
- I could not export my office hours as one group event from Outlook to zeroboard. I ended up exporting individual office hours manually. It was an error-prone process and the zeroboard calendar was often out of synch.
With the Google calendar, I don't have to run an MS Exchange Server to share my appointments with others.
I don't have to manage two calendars and thus take a bit of work off me. However, it is not perfect for the following reasons:
- It forces people to get a gmail account to set up a meeting with me. I know it is inappropriate, and thus leave an option of emailing me.
- It is slow.
I hope students will check my professional activities calendar and stop expecting me to check their email sent at 10pm and reply by 10am next morning. My calendar is most heavily used at the beginning of a semester. Let's see if this change makes my life a bit easier next spring.
Better solutions to calendar management are always welcome!!!
